Maintaining the Imprivata Agent

Maintenance of the Imprivata agent is limited to keeping it updated as new versions become available.

To create and run an Agent Deployment report, in the Imprivata Admin Console, go to Reports > Add new report.

Uninstalling the Imprivata Agent

Users whose accounts were deleted or disabled may want to uninstall the Imprivata agent from the former user's computer. To uninstall the agent, the user should use the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs utility and then restart the computer.

NOTE: When you uninstall the Imprivata agent, the service is disabled, but the computer remains in the computers list on the Computers page until you delete it. User information remains on the Imprivata server until the user account is removed.
