Allowlist the SMTP Server IP Address to Ensure Email Delivery

If anyone in your organization is having trouble receiving email from Mobile Access Management, it is likely because your email spam filters our blocking our server.

To help solve this problem we now have a dedicated IP address for all our communications such as invites and password resets. 

  • This IP is reserved for Mobile Access Management; no other organization will use this IP for email.

  • Ask your IT organization to add  198.2.135.249 (mailer.groundctl.com) to your allowlists.

Our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp, and does not use this IP.
