Governance Report Library

Imprivata Analytics Governance offers a Report Library of prebuilt best practice Governance Reports. Any Reports in the Report Library can be saved to My Reports. You can access the Report Library and edit existing Report criteria to expand reporting use cases. The Report Center and Governance Report Libraries are updated monthly to ensure users have the latest Reports available.

To open Governance Report Library, in the Views section of the Governance page, navigate to the Imprivata Analytics Library > Report Library. Click All Governance to view all applicable Governance Reports available in the Report Library. Select and edit any Report by clicking the Editicon. Select the Show Report Settings icon to review existing Report criteria selections.

Click the Report name or the Execute Nowicon to view immediate Report results.

The following Reports are available as prebuilt Governance Library Reports as well as widgets on a Governance Dashboard:

  • Age of Alerts by Month and Status (all)

  • Age of Alerts by Month and Status (mine)

  • Age of Alerts by Month and Status (shared)

  • Age of Investigations by Month and Status (all)

  • Age of Investigations by Month and Status (mine)

  • Age of Investigations by Month and Status (shared)

  • Alerts Closed with an Investigation Open in the Last Year by Enforced Policy

  • Alerts for the Last Week

  • Due Dates of Investigations for Breaches Over 500 Patients

  • Due Dates of Investigations with Individual Notifications

  • Investigations Closed with Incident and Reportable in the Last Year

  • Investigations Closed with Incident in the Last Year

  • Investigations Closed with Incident in the Last Year by Enforced Policy

  • Investigations Created in the Last Year by Status

Depending on your user roles and permissions, you can execute Governance Reports based on all, mine, or shared data.

Governance reports with label "all" will produce results for all data available regardless of ownership or visibility. For example, Age of Alerts by Month and Status (all) will show a user with the appropriate permissions all automated Alerts generated in Imprivata Analytics grouped by month and status (Not Reviewed, Under Review, Reviewed – Closed, Reviewed – Investigation Opened) for the past quarter (90 days), even if the Enforced Policies or Alerts are not owned by the user executing the report.

Governance Reports with label "mine" will only show the user results related to the data they own. While Governance reports with label "shared" will only show the user results related to the data elements shared with them in Imprivata Analytics (Enforced Policies, Alerts, Investigations shared with the user that executes the Report).
